Turning Point is an innovative educational hub in Warsaw, where engaging eco-puzzles reveal the hidden impacts of fast fashion. This modern EcoCenter, located in Praga Północ, has been offering free education on circularity and sustainable fashion. However, this isn't standard learning—it's an experience, with education delivered through games!

The central theme of Turning Point is the fashion industry—a deliberate choice, as young people often build their identity through clothing, accessories, and appearance. That’s why the goal of the EcoCentre is to provide free education for youth (aged 12+) on sustainable fashion and circularity. By utilising a modern space filled with multimedia puzzles and timed challenges, young people uncover the secrets of fast fashion. With more than 10,000 visitors in about a year since its opening, the initiative is already making a significant impact.

An Interactive Learning Experience

EcoCentrum’s escape rooms and workshops make learning engaging and practical, addressing topics like circularity, fast fashion, and waste segregation. Activities such as decoding labels or examining purchasing influences encourage critical thinking.

As project manager Magda Derdończyk explains, “Knowledge here is hidden, but it inspires young people to think differently when they return home. It’s a mix of excitement and education that builds long-term awareness.”

iiyama was thrilled to support a project that combines innovation with education and a responsible approach to environmental footprint, aligning perfectly with our core values.
