OCTOBER 2020 – iiyama proudly introduces two new 23 series touch monitors delivering flexibility for high-use environments such as in-store interaction, POS, self-service, information desks, hospitality and smart home applications.

CONNECTIVITY TO SUPPORT INTERACTIONS

Both monitors are equipped with an RJ45 (LAN) connector which supports Power over Ethernet technology (POE) and allows to provide data connection and power supply by a single cable, simplifying installations in areas where many cables would interfere with the environment. 

Thanks to the pre-installed Android 8.1 operating system, it is possible to easily customize the displays by installing applications directly to them. In combination with the integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 16 GB storage, it makes the monitors especially suited for POS systems or information points in retail shops to educate customers about your products, as well as virtually limitless smart home applications. 

Built-in microphone and speakers are available with both models and the 10.1“ TW1023ASC features also a 2 megapixels build-in camera, making it a perfect tool for semi or fully automated reception solutions allowing businesses to safely track and manage visitor traffic – an option which can prove particularly useful in times of social distancing. 

DESIGN & IMAGE QUALITY

With the elegant edge to edge design the screens will perfectly fit in both modern office and retail spaces, as well as at home. The IPS Panel Technology with 1280 x 800 (HD) resolution for the 10.1“ model and 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution for the 15.6“ model offers rich and vivid colours, great viewing angles and high brightness of 450 cd/m² ensuring perfect picture performance. A special anti-fingerprint coating makes the screen less static and susceptible to dirt, dust, fingerprints and improves the clarity of the content displayed on the screen.

HIGH DURABLITY & USABILITY

With the 10-touchpoint PCAP touch technology, the users will enjoy a smooth, fast and accurate touch response. A hard glass overlay makes the screen highly durable, resistant to shocks, vandalism and scratches, and the touch functionality remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. Both models have a 24/7 non-stop operating time and can be used in horizontal, vertical and face-up position. The auto-rotation function easily detects how to properly display content on the screen.
