Background

In February 2026, Brave the World 2 took place in Suresnes, France. Ultimate competition and a broader public approach to e‑sport.

Organised by Resonanc’E‑Sport, the event was built around a clear idea: competitive e‑sport can exist alongside education, inclusion, and responsible digital use. Over two days, the venue welcomed more than 1,000 participants, including 256 competitors from four continents, as well as families and spectators on site.

The event quickly proved its relevance. It was fully booked four weeks in advance, with over 50 additional players on the waiting list, and earned European S‑Tier status, later featured in the global Ultrank recap.

To support this ambition, Brave the World 2 required a technical setup capable of delivering professional tournament standards at scale. This is where iiyama G‑Master came in as Major Partner, providing the core gaming infrastructure for the competition.

The Challenge

Brave the World 2 was both a European S‑Tier e‑sport tournament and a public event open to a wide audience.

This created very specific technical requirements:

  • 256 competitors playing over two full days
  • Dozens of identical gaming stations running continuously
  • High expectations from competitive players regarding responsiveness and visual consistency
  • A live broadcast followed by an international audience
  •

At this level, any inconsistency in display performance could affect fairness, player confidence, or the credibility of the competition. Performance had to be reliable, uniform, and proven under real tournament conditions, not just in theory.

The Solution

To meet these demands, iiyama supplied more than 72 G‑Master gaming monitors, deployed across all competitive stations at the venue.

By equipping the entire tournament with the same professional displays, iiyama helped establish a fully standardised competitive environment from the early pool matches through to the finals.

This setup ensured:

  • Identical playing conditions for all participants
  • Consistent visual performance throughout long gaming sessions
  • Stability during uninterrupted, high-pressure gameplay
  • A reliable foundation for both on-site competition and livestreamed matches

The monitors became part of the event’s infrastructure, supporting the competition seamlessly and allowing players and organisers to focus purely on performance.

The Impact

With a stable technical foundation in place, Brave the World 2 delivered a smooth and credible competitive experience, both on site and online.

The event achieved:

  • More than 1 million views across all platforms, including 32,000 cumulative views on Twitch
  • An international audience, with viewers and players from multiple continents
  • Strong recognition within the global competitive scene
  • An 8.5 / 10 satisfaction rating, with 100% of surveyed participants saying they would return and recommend the event

For iiyama, this provided a clear demonstration of how G‑Master gaming monitors perform in real-world tournament environments, under continuous use, public attendance, and live broadcast conditions.

Conclusion

Brave the World 2 showed what is possible when competitive ambition is matched with the right technical setup.

By supporting a European S‑Tier event with professional-grade gaming displays, iiyama G‑Master reinforced its role as a trusted partner for serious e‑sport environments, where consistency, fairness, and reliability matter most.

As e‑sport continues to grow, events like these confirm that strong competition starts with solid foundations.
